We would rather be useful than impressive.
Security has more than its share of firms who will sell you something you do not need, at a price you cannot compare, on the strength of a statistic nobody has checked. We have built the business to be the opposite of that, because it turns out to be a better way to keep customers.
How we work
We show you before we sell you
Where the technology allows a trial, we run one against your own environment first and show you what it found. Our email security service starts with 14 days in detect-only mode, at no cost, with nothing blocked and nothing to uninstall if you walk away.
It is a better argument than anything we could put in a slide, and if the findings are dull then you have saved yourself the money.
We publish our prices
Package pricing, onboarding fees and our hourly rate are on this website. You should be able to work out roughly what something costs without booking a call and sitting through a discovery session first.
If a price is not published it is because it genuinely depends on scope — and we will tell you what it depends on.
We tell you what something does not do
Our own email security material states plainly that none of the Essential Eight is email filtering, and lists the controls the product does not touch. That is deliberate.
A product that is oversold gets blamed for the gap it was never going to close. Being clear at the start is how you avoid that conversation in twelve months.
The person who scopes it is the person who does it
No account manager and no handover to a delivery team you have not met. Our Managing Director is involved in every engagement.
It limits how many customers we can take on. We think that is the right trade.
Answers that are worth less to us than the alternative
These come up often enough to be worth stating in advance.
- "You already own something that does this." Plenty of organisations are paying for capability they have not turned on. Tuning what you have is usually cheaper than buying alongside it.
- "You do not need the higher tier." If the features in the step up do not apply to how you actually work, we will say so.
- "That is not the thing to fix first." There is no point buying a detection platform if nobody has time to read what it produces.
- "We are not the right people for this." Where something falls outside what we do well, we would rather refer you than learn on your environment.
- "Wait." Renewal timing, licensing changes and vendor quarter-ends genuinely affect price. Sometimes the right advice is to do nothing for six weeks.
What to expect
A short call
Thirty minutes to understand what you are trying to solve and whether we can help.
Scope
We work out what is actually needed and what it will cost. In writing, with the assumptions stated.
Trial or proof
Where the technology allows it, we prove the case against your environment before you commit.
Deliver
Implementation and tuning by the same people who scoped it, with documentation you can use.
Run or hand over
We either run it as a managed service, or hand it to your team and stay available on-call.
Start with a conversation.
No obligation, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.
