Managed services

Where you would rather not carry the day-to-day, we run it.

Seven services, contracted and reported on monthly. You keep ownership of the platforms; we keep them working.

Monitored around the clock

These five are monitored and triaged 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Your Summit engineer is available in business hours, with after-hours escalation.

Delivered today

Managed firewall

Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco. Policy changes, version currency, licence and certificate renewals, and the log volume watched so a renewal is never sized on a guess.

A flat monthly fee per firewall. No per-change billing.

Delivered today

Managed email security

Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration, sitting behind Microsoft 365 and catching what gets through it. Phishing, impersonation, malicious attachments and internal spread.

Published pricing and a 14-day detect-only trial

Managed endpoint

Endpoint detection and response across Windows, macOS and servers, with containment actions taken rather than merely alerted on.

Managed identity

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID watched for the things that actually precede an incident: impossible travel, consent grants, privilege changes, mailbox rules quietly created.

Managed SIEM

Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel, with detection content mapped to the Essential Eight and tuned against your environment rather than shipped as defaults.

Engineering and build work

Managed AI security

Shadow AI discovery, governance and on-device prompt redaction. You cannot write an AI policy until you can see which tools your people actually use, and which accounts are personal rather than corporate.

Managed vulnerability management

Tenable, run as a programme: scanning, tuning, prioritisation and a monthly report someone can act on.

Business hours with escalation. More on exposure management

A note on what "24/7" means here. It describes the service: your telemetry is monitored and triaged around the clock, every day. It does not mean Summit staffs a room in Perth overnight — we are a small, senior team and we would rather say so. Outside the five services above — managed AI security, managed vulnerability management, and all project and engineering work — support is business hours with escalation.

How it works

1. Scope

We look at what you already have. Often the answer is that you are licensed for more than you are using, and the first job is to turn it on properly.

2. Onboard

A fixed-price onboarding gets the service into a known state — documented, tuned, and with the alerting pointed somewhere a human reads.

3. Run

Monthly, contracted, reported on. Changes raised through your change process, not around it.

4. Review

A quarterly conversation about what the data is telling us, and whether the service is still the right shape.

Want to know what this would cost for your environment?

A short conversation is usually enough to work out whether we can help, and what it would cost.
